Cleaning Services (Standard)

Includes a floor-to-ceiling standard cleaning of lived-in spaces, such as:

• Dusting and wiping all accessible surfaces
• Vacuuming carpets and rugs (if applicable)
• Sweeping and mopping all hard floors
• Full kitchen cleaning (countertops, exterior appliances, sink, surfaces)
• Bathroom cleaning (toilets, sinks, showers/tubs, mirrors, and fixtures)
• Bedroom and common area tidying and surface cleaning
• General organization and reset of main living spaces

The price may increase if:

• Cleaning time is extended
• If heavy cleaning is required
• The property was booked for the incorrect service given the state

All supplies are included. Clean, effective products used in every service. 

Policies: Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment and secure your time slot. All bookings are only confirmed once payment is received. Prices may vary depending on the condition of the space or complexity of the organization required. Any additional services or materials requested will be invoiced separately and are due within 72 hours unless otherwise stated. Cancellation policies apply once the booking is confirmed.
