We do not do returns as we do not have physical products. 

Refund Policy

All services provided by Clean Slate Living Co. are non-refundable if canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty.

Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued.

Because services are scheduled and time is reserved specifically for each client, missed appointments or same-day cancellations are also non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance: eligible for rescheduling
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance: non-refundable
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: full charge applies
