Q. Are all services paid at the time of booking?

A. Yes, all services are paid at booking. These prices are subject to change depending on the scope of work. If you are invoiced additional charges, you MUST pay those charges with 72 hours of the invoice being sent.

Q. What is the difference between standard/routine cleaning and deep cleaning?

A. Standard cleaning includes routine floor-to-ceiling maintenance such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, and general tidying of bedrooms and common areas. This service is designed for homes that are already reasonably maintained.

Deep cleaning includes everything in a standard cleaning plus more detailed work such as degreasing kitchen buildup, grout scrubbing, baseboard cleaning, wall spot cleaning, and removal of built-up grime and residue. This service is recommended for homes that need a more intensive reset.

Q. Do you bring your own supplies?

A. Yes, I do. The only services I do not supply materials for are organization and packing services (aside from tape and markers).

Q. How do I know how much time to book?

A. The booking system already knows how much time needs to be blocked off for each service. All you have to do is select the time you want the service and enter your contact information!

Q. Can I book multiple services at once?

A. Yes, you can! We also offer bundles, check those out here: Our Available Bundles. If you book multiple services alone, the system will not let you book the same time for all of the services. However, you would just book your services back to back on the same day (if that works for you).

Q. Can I reschedule or cancel my service?

A. Yes. However, you must cancel or reschedule before 48 hours in advance of your service. We do not offer refunds. However, you will receive store credit to use on a future date. If you cancel within the 48 hours, you will not be refunded. You are welcome to reach out to me if there are extenuating circumstances. However, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to offer a resolution.

Q. Do you offer membership services?

A. Yes, I do! They will be launched onto the website soon! Stay in touch with our email list so you can snag one! The memberships will include laundry services, routine cleaning services (residential & professional), and vacation properties. The memberships can be cancelled at anytime once they are activated.

Q. Are prices final?

A. No, prices are not final and they are subject to change. Excessive buildup, unexpected conditions, or additional requested tasks may require additional time or adjustments in pricing to complete the service. It is important that you are honest when booking so that pricing can be as accurate as possible.

Q. How does the laundry service work?

A. Laundry service is simple and flexible. You can choose either pickup or drop-off depending on your location.

For Hernando and Pasco County clients, I offer porch pickup (your location), Friday–Sunday from 8:00 AM–11:30 AM. You may also drop off your laundry (at my location) in labeled bins Friday–Sunday from 8:00 AM–6:30 PM.

Once received, all items are washed, dried, and neatly folded. Most orders are completed within the same day, but may take up to 24–48 hours depending on volume.

Outside of Hernando and Pasco County, pickup may be available with at least 48 hours notice.

Add-ons such as ironing, rush orders, and bulky items are available for an additional cost.

Q. Do I need to be home for any of the services?

A. No, you not as long as the access into the home is arranged ahead of time. Clear instructions should be provided before the service as I will likely verify! I am pet friendly so as long as they are safe, they can be out!
